I have been working at Johnson Controls

    Pros

Johnson Controls has good salary and benefits compared to other tier one automotive suppliers. It also advocates continuous education and learning.

    Cons

Ineffective middle management. Distrustful of employees. To be successful at Johnson Controls one must dedicate themselves to the company and their work with little time for personal and family life.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be realistic in setting goals for employees. Do not set goals and objectives that stretch farther than the boss could achieve on his or her own.
