Pros

The organization is well organized. One good thing that makes it to be an interesting place to work is that the salary is encouraging.

Cons

It is sometimes difficult to know the person to whom to report. This is understandable because of the size of the organization, and being one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.

Advice to Management

It is necessary to delegate more duties and assign people to whom reports should be sent.

    Pros

Large community, saying you worked their for any amount of time sounds impressive to other employers. Nice company store.

    Cons

So large that as a low level employee you get lost in the numbers. Easy to feel like you and your work are not valued.

    Advice to Management

Give co-ops to managers who actually want them and have a plan for how they will utilize that students talents.
