“Amazing company, very talented engineers, open culture”
Current Employee – been working at Juniper Networks full-time for less than a year
Pros – Innovation: the company really cares about create the next generation network technology
Technology: we have a chance to work with newest technology
People: we work with very talented software engineers and experienced managers
Culture: it's very open, it has some influence from Agile methodologies
Cons – The process could be more Agile; we could have more technical training courses and some domain courses. We have to deal with some amount of legacy code.
Advice to Senior Management – We should bring recognition programs to all teams. It seems like some are ignored...
