Pros

Innovation: the company really cares about create the next generation network technology
Technology: we have a chance to work with newest technology
People: we work with very talented software engineers and experienced managers
Culture: it's very open, it has some influence from Agile methodologies

Cons

The process could be more Agile; we could have more technical training courses and some domain courses. We have to deal with some amount of legacy code.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

We should bring recognition programs to all teams. It seems like some are ignored...
