    Pros

There are great training and educational opportunities here. The benefits are great such as paid parental leave and substantial PTO. The health benefits are pretty good. The 401K match was reduced to almost nothing.

I learned a lot in my time at KPMG and it has substantially benefited me in my career.

    Cons

You are pressed to work early on in your career. Its about getting billable hours in and making sure you hit at least 55 hours a week in billable hours.
I was left in a bad situation when on a multi-senior job I was left as the only senior with little manager help on the engagement.
The work/life balance before manager is not conducive to one who plans to have children before the age of 30.
