“Dead End”
Former Employee – worked at Kronos Incorporated full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Salary is average to better than average.
Vacation benefits are better than average.
Retirement benefits are average.
Co-workers are very nice.
There is nothing else positive I can say about this company
Cons – Management lacks integrity.
This is a very political environment.
Health benefits are the worst in the industry.
Computer equipment provided is under powered for the job. The average sales person has better equipment.
The company is cheap!!!
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
