Current Employee – been working at Kwik Trip full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Year end cash bonus, 40% profit sharing, career advancement, family ownership, humble owners and caring leaders, meaningful work environment, company contributions to community, employees encouraged to make a difference in the lives of others, opportunities to attend leadership training and improve skills

Cons – Longer hours in retail management environment but compensated fairly. Hours typical of any retail environment but work/life balance could be challenging at retail management level if leaders are not good at managing time and delegating to team members.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
