Freedom of work is best than other company.
In Safety this company is top.
Cons – Working hour is too high at site.
For long time work career may be either in top or in low position.It depend on your starting career.
Working sites are in remote places.
Advice to Senior Management – Need Change in management policy for choosing best person.
