I worked at Larsen & Toubro full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Working in this company gives a sense of pride. Employee's market value increases very rapidly. There is just too much to learn everyday. Very friendly and inspiring management. Innovation and creativity very much promoted. Very healthy culture and flexible working.

Cons – Sites are located far from cities or urban areas.
Low pay in start and lower order designations
Once tagged into construction, its very difficult to switch sector.

Advice to Senior Management – Make inter-group transfer possible for employees.
