Strategic team not thinking forward enough. Try to over complicate things

Low cost and simple are your market advantages, stop trying to over complicate things. Also concentrate on customer service.. ITS NOT JUST A CALL CENTRE..

    Pros

    Dynamic business, never a dull moment. Flat and open organisation structure. The opportunities within the organisation are endless, prove yourself te be valuable and the sky is the limit. End to end responsibility for projects.

    Cons

    Sometimes a too dynamic business, not the right balance between re-active / pro-active business decisions. Internal promotions are often not backed up with the right salary increase / the right training.

    I worked at Lebara full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    1- Dynamic environment
    2- Not following strict processes, so you have more room and felixibility to learn and do new things

    Cons

    1- Low Salaries
    2- Racist environment, very Asian driven
    3- Politics play a very strong role in the organisation
    4- senior management are not empowered, share holders are still running the company like it's a small start up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Sell the company, or do the following:
    1- Empower the senior leadership
    2- Empower HR
    3- Demote people who have reached high management positions only because they have been with company for 10 years.
    4- Maintain a balanced racial environment.
