Low cost and simple are your market advantages, stop trying to over complicate things. Also concentrate on customer service.. ITS NOT JUST A CALL CENTRE..

    I have been working at Lebara full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Dynamic business, never a dull moment. Flat and open organisation structure. The opportunities within the organisation are endless, prove yourself te be valuable and the sky is the limit. End to end responsibility for projects.

    Cons

    Sometimes a too dynamic business, not the right balance between re-active / pro-active business decisions. Internal promotions are often not backed up with the right salary increase / the right training.

    I worked at Lebara

    Pros

    - Flexible rotas.
    - Open plan office.

    Cons

    - Terrible salary.
    - Constant removal of offers & promotions at the drop of a hat, shoddily executed, sometimes with little or no warning to customer service agents or customers, leaving agents red-faced and already hard-up customers out of pocket. Cynical business, and hypocritical from a company that prides itself on its "empathy" in providing low-cost solutions to immigrants.
    - The never ending renewal of one month fixed-term contracts for proven employees and ensuing lack of job security.
    - Very sluggish IT system and slow resolution of technical issues.
    - Thoroughly unrewarding and demoralizing job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Live up to the values you promote.
    - Drop the embarrassing bread and circuses 'SMILE' culture.
    - "Do the right things. Do the things right", is a wholly inappropriate slogan for a company that treats its customers and employees with contempt, and barely makes sense anyway.
