Strategic team not thinking forward enough. Try to over complicate things

Low cost and simple are your market advantages, stop trying to over complicate things. Also concentrate on customer service.. ITS NOT JUST A CALL CENTRE..

    I worked at Lebara as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

    Lebara is one of those companies where you really don't know what the next day will bring. An exciting place to work with a young vibrant atmosphere. The company is absolutely flying and you can really feel the buzz everyday and I can only see this getting better.

    Cons

    Due to the rapid growth it can be frustrating when trying to book a meeting room. One idea could be to designate certain meeting rooms to specific teams which can be managed easily by each team.

    I worked at Lebara full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Very patient customer service staff
    Company now apparently changing for the better and addressing issues with the bullying of staff
    Reasonable salary
    The views of the founders are solid and if executed effectively should bring good things for the company

    Cons

    Anti-British sentiment, laziness and bullying was rife
    Very low standards of IT with IT staff disengaged
    Few benefits and unfair appraisals
    No support from HR, and inadequate handling of cases of unfair treatment

    Stop talking and start acting
