Low cost and simple are your market advantages, stop trying to over complicate things. Also concentrate on customer service.. ITS NOT JUST A CALL CENTRE..

    Pros

    Stimulating, interesting work with very smart entrepreneurial people all around you. Learnt a lot more there in a year than you would in 3 years elsewhere. Multicultural.

    Cons

    Pretty skint on employee benefits, pretty tight in that respect. Bit of favouritism, some aspects of the company reflect the start-up type culture that abounds. Sink or swim type place

    I have been working at Lebara

    Pros

    I love working at Lebara as 100% believe in the founding shareholders values and their vision for the company.
    I believe that Lebara can transition from a good to an amazing company and that it is somewhere you can achieve significant career progression as long as you have patience, perseverance and talent.
    Personally I have benefitted from being coached and trained by excellent management and am proud to work for a company that provides essential services to the global migrant community.
    The working environment has drastically improved in 2014 with relaxation of flexible working rules and much heavier focus on engaging employees and improving work culture and job satisfaction.
    The central London location is fantastic!

    Cons

    As with any start up company that grows rapidly in a fast changing segment of telecoms, there are numerous issues and challenges to overcome that remain unsolved or partially solved. However the shareholders and management have invested heavily in resolving issues.
    Some attention does need to be made in improving career progression management within Lebara and ensuring we have a higher quality on-boarding scheme for new employees.

    To continue on the significant improvements from 2014 and to continue towards the company vision to be the favourite provider of services to the global migrant community and their families.
