Current Employee – been working at Lockheed Martin

Pros – Work life balance, you get to work with a lot of knowleglible individuals, there are a lot of opporunities for growth, multiples opporunities to move around from job to job and city and/or state.

Cons – There is a lot of competition. Due to the nature of the job sometimes you may have to work longer hours than expected.

Advice to Senior Management – It takes a long time to get into a management position here and LMMFC, however, they seem to place the right leaders in the right places.
