Lowe's Employee Review

I have been working at Lowe's part-time for more than a year

Pros – Flex schedule, they will work around another part-time job

Cons – They pick favorites, I don't like to play that game. I'm there to do my job and pick up my paycheck.

Advice to Senior Management – Look at your associates strengths, and match them to the job.
