Lowe's Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Lowe's full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – -Very flexible with schedule
-Fun work environment
-The work is easy
-Great People, ive been to many Lowes stores and you will always find great people working here
-Opportunity to move up if you work hard

Cons – Crazy Schedule rotations... I recently went to Millwork and now have a monthly rotation. This schedule is ridiculous. But I dont have a family, so I dont mind... yet

Advice to Senior Management – Youre doing a great job (at my store anyway)
Hold lazy employees more accountable. You cant stand and talk for 8 hours each day

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
