    Long wait to be promoted

    Pros: Can take work home as an option Cons: Takes ten years or more to get promoted to next… Advice to Senior Management: Reduce AC6 and AC7 positions and promote more AC3s and AC4s… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
