I worked at MTV Networks as an intern for less than a year

ProsWork environment is fun and, while high pressure, very laid back.

ConsAs an intern was not given many opportunities to gain a lot of hands on experience. Did a lot of office work.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't forget that the interns are there to learn.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

I worked at MTV Networks full-time for more than 3 years


Pros: on site cafeteria (convenience only, food is gross), overtime for some positions, ability… Cons: times square location is a nightmare, no room for upward… Advice to Senior Management: MTV is not relevant anymore so stop acting like you can pay… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
