    I worked at MTV Networks

    Pros

    Good benefits package, excellent 401k.

    Cons

I didn't like the way they changed our products & homogenized them into demographic buckets that didn't suit the products. We were a small property, & I don't think the higher-ups really had any idea what we did or how it happened.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When you buy a gaming company, learn how the gaming industry operates - don't try to force it to work on an entertainment-industry model.
