I worked at MTV Networks as an intern (less than a year)

Pros

You are included in all meetings and get to interact will all levels of management. Great work culture! Not a typical uptight suit and tie corporation. Many employees, including top executives were very easy to talk to.

Cons

I don't have any cons to mention.

    Pros

Co-workers were invested, reliable and innovative. Immediate managers were great - supportive, encouraging, and invested in my success.

    Cons

The size of the corporation created time consuming roadblocks to working with the different companies and ensuring that everyone's branding and spec needs could be met.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Product launches should being all talent involved into one room to hash out the particulars (especially important when cross country teams are involved) so that moving forward people have a human attached to the email addresses they're working with and can have a more collaborative environment.
