Former Employee – worked at Marriott full-time for more than a year

Pros – Great hotel discounts at numerous Marriotts and Ritz Carlton Hotels in mostly every state and some countries. Management not over your back. You pretty much have to make good smart decisions as the MOD.

Cons – Low pay, some guest can be rude.

Advice to Senior Management – Thank you to the managers that like to come from the back office and help out and meet and greet some of the long time guest.
