Marriott Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Marriott part-time for less than a year

Pros – Work around schedule, wonderful coworkers and management, very customer oriented, hard-working. Everyone strives to make everyone's experience better, whether a guest or employee.

Cons – Pay isn't super great, though as a banquet server, we receive tips sometimes. There are long hours, but it's not so bad working with good people.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
