“Great people and work/life mix”
Current Employee – been working at Martin Agency full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Working with great people on US as well as worldwide campaigns. Great mix of work/life for an ad agency.
Cons – Work assignments can be less than stellar, they really cater to particular creative teams and let others get the leftovers.
Advice to Senior Management – Creative teams become entrenched. You need to mix it up more. Open campaign concepting up to multiple teams, and not just on pitches.
