You will learn a lot, work hard be well paid but have one hell of a time climbing the ladder.

ConsCompany hires outside more than in and promotions are rare. Doing a great job and being recognized for it does not equate to upward mobility.

    Pros: + Definite opportunities for career advancement (both lattice & ladder). + Smart, talented people. + Great CEO and… Cons: - Locations for bigger offices on periphery of cities (i.e.; suburban) so transit to/from home in city is long and, at times, arduous. - Suffers middle-management… Advice to Senior Management: Take a long, hard look at every member of your leadership team (all levels from Leader to Group Head).
