    Group still retains some talented individuals and they are accessible.
    Exposure to diverse range of clients in payments industry,
    Remuneration can be generous.
    Interaction with MasterCard organization.

    Cons

    Limited options for career advancement within the group.
    Slow decision making.
    Employee satisfaction is low.
    Speculation that the current organizational strategy will adversely impact quality of deliverables and client satisfaction.

    large bureaucracy and overhead increases costs and create too much paperwork
    no career growth or promotional opportunities

    politics rather than performance determines success

    Institute real performance management and start emphasizing effective management
    Let business managers make business decisions rather HR and legal leading the business
