“Great Company, Training, and Culture!”
I have been working at McDonald's
Pros – Respectful of other commitments (school, family, life), superb training.
Cons – The typical stuff with working with 14-16 year olds.
Advice to Senior Management – You really don't have to hire EVERYONE, step up the hiring standards. :)
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
