Pros – You can choose industry, function and, sometimes, geography to work
Projects are all different and often interesting
You interact with top management of top companies - there is what to learn from them
Smart colleagues
Steep learnig curve
Many exit options

Cons – Long hours (not much better than in IB: you work even more on weekdays but typically have free weekends)
Extensive travel
You are paid not enough for this lifestyle: travel and hours
