“Incredible place to launch a career”
Current Employee – been working at McKinsey & Company
Pros – Career and professional development - if you learn well from people, can't imagine a better place to start out
Cons – long hours and travel - client service meaning always on call. Will likely work on a nuber of strategy engagement which can be very interesting, but don't always see the implementation and results
Advice to Senior Management – Keep pay up and at the very least commensurate with competitors (Bain and BCG).
