“Was Secure and Focused - Now Lots of Change”
Current Employee – been working at MetLife full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – 140 years of experience, good financial strength
Cons – Lately a lot of Upper management change
Advice to Senior Management – Our Brand was built on relationships, reliablility and loyalty -- if you don't continue some level of continuity internally (which does not seem to be the case lately), then you will undermine this strength. We are becoming too top-heavy - leat the mid-level talent develop and lead.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
