Current Employee – been working at Microsoft full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Good work life balance. Opportunity to work on products that impacts millions of customers.
Cons – Process oriented and management is not technical enough.
Advice to Senior Management – Promote people with technical skills . Most of them are getting promoted just because of their communication skills.
