I have been working at MillerCoors full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Great brands, fun events, solid innovation, cool company. Looking to get younger and adapt with the changing consumer. Great time if your on the right team and working for the right manager.

Cons

Many changes with brand direction, work life balance, fairly flat organization. Goals are drilled down without much local market perspective, feel unrealistic.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Streamline product introductions in a more efficient manner from A-Z, set more realistic goals.

I have been working at MillerCoors full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Top leadership in Finance has a clear focus on developing talent and employee engagement. Annual engagement surveys are used to measure progress and build goals against goals around engagement.

    Cons

Sometimes getting free beer every month becomes a little difficult. Often the cases just pile up in the garage and I end up becoming the most popular person in the neighborhood. people come out of the woodwork to hang out with the beer guy. Who would ever think that getting free beer would be a problem....
