“Very difficult company to work for”
Former Employee – worked at Mission Inn Hotel & Spa full-time for less than a year
Pros – Good Pay , Bonuses, beautiful property
Cons – schedule all over the place. Cold and unfriendly environment. Hostile guests. High turnover. If you really enjoy customer service, dont work here!
Advice to Senior Management – High turnover is a major issue here. amazing they dont see that.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
