I have been working at Monsanto Company full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Great benefits. Plenty of holidays and ample vacation time. Excellent CEO who presented superior town hall meetings. Good pay.

Cons

Our team was very experienced and took pride in quality delivered. The company sacrificed our quality by hiring contractors.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Monsanto provides a great co-op opportunity for current college students. The six month term allows plenty of time to become acquainted with the atmosphere. I feel like I have a step up on other soon to be graduates in looking for a full-time job

    Cons

I did not feel really challenged for most of my time there.
