    Excellent work culture, decent pay package for freshers, freedom to work independently, flexible timings, no politics, employee friendly policies

    Cons

    slow growth, flat hierarchy (it takes several light years to move to next designation), pathetic reward system (you can say zero rewards), work is monotonous

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please re-work on your reward system and try to provide promotions not based on number of years but based on the quality of work and other factors.
