Pros – Great Co-workers and good environment to learn lab techniques and get your feet wet.

Cons – Poor compensation, inadequate management of employees. Low morale of employees due to management style and compensation.

Advice to Senior Management – Recognize that employees are part of Lean Thinking and not just cogs in a machine.
