    Pros

    Work remotely from your own home. Working in a great industry. Over 3000 customers nationwide. Your own Trivia System at your home.

    Cons

    Constant Change. Difficult if not impossible to reach bonuses. Lots of work for little return. Longtime customers who are upset and disappointed in products and services in which you have little to offer to help retain them. Outdated and lack of new technologies as other products in the industry emerge and take over Bars & Restaurants Entertainment preferences. Very little loyalty to employees who work hard for the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You have and will continue to lose valuable and great employees until you come up with a product that Bars and Restaurants see value in and demand for their locations. Instead of blaming your field staff for poor sales take a look at your product and notice that nothing has changed dramatically in the past 20 years. All the while everything from Jukeboxes to TV's (HD? heard of that) and computer and mobile devies have emerged from old technologies to products comsumers love, demand, and use everyday! Pay your employees what they are worth and find a way to help them achieve their goals and bonuses instead of cutting back and finding ways not to pay them for what they have achieved to save the company money. I loved the company and always wanted to work for Buzztime and when I got the chance was looking forward to a long and wonderful career. That was until they treated and made me felt unappreciated and disposable. Very disappointed in the direction the company has headed in the past number of years.
