    Pros

Nice people work within the group.

    Cons

Upper management is terrible. A lot of lies and false promises from upper management. Employees are overworked and underpaid; they are not appreciated for the work they do. Bonuses are terrible.

    Cons

Poor communication/transparency. Disorganized. Virtually no diversity. Mostly white men running healthcare.
