Pros

Clean place to work and it is steady work. Training you can get if you ask for it is great.

Cons

Very poor development programs, if you want to develop you need to take it upon yourself.

    I worked at Nestlé USA full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Fair Compensation. Employees do "good" things because they care and its the right thing to do.

    Cons

    Work life balance is so far off its pathetic. The company does "good" things when there is a PR or monetary gain, otherwise profit driven. Its an "and" company, we want you do do this and that without the proper resources. New plant manager is driving off good young talent and accepts incompetent Local Committee leaders.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Actually listen to your employees and care about what is right. Because right now its all about the metrics and the money. Current company direction is all about maximizing value and minimizing care about the employees.
