Pros – Good work environment overall, management is open to initiatives and new ideas and will give some latitude as long as there is a realistic upside.

Cons – It's a big firm. It has chased the latest trends and overpayed lateral partners. Serious turnover around the margins (i.e. in the San Francisco office), although this has stabilized recently.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep it up. a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a that's all.
