“Neither Here Nor There”
I have been working at Nordstrom part-time for less than a year
Pros – Good pay compared to the rest of the industry.
Cons – Annoying pep ralleys early in the morning.
Advice to Senior Management – Be closer to the salesfloor
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
