    Pros

    - Flexibility in teleworking
    - Mission driven

    Cons

    - Politics are very thick
    - No corporate loyalty to their employees and you can be laid-off very quickly
    - No promotions unless your one of the very few chosen ones
    - Minimal in-house training

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Revamp the internal culture to not only pay for employee performance but to reciprocate through the awarding of decent annual merit pay raises and revamp the bonus structure.
