I worked at NxStage full-time for more than 8 years

ProsLife changing therapy for chronic kidney failure patients

ConsUnable to sell daily therapy because of government reimbursement

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed a fresh outlook on how to move the company forward when competitors to market. Gone are the days of being the market leader with no competition.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at NxStage as an intern for less than a year


Pros: Machine shop access, good pay, office supplies...am I at the 20 word minimum yet? I realized early on that they're not an innovative company.… Cons: Safety, poor management and vision/lack of leadership, CEO seems aloof… Advice to Senior Management: focus on sales, fire engineering department and start fresh No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
