    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More or less we know ONGC is PSU, SARKARI NAUKRI HAI but for us its more or same as private or even worse than that. Recruiting every year for GTs from Engg. colleges but never tried to absorbs the tenure employees who are working since more than 3-4 years. Managers believes that Freshers are best in comparison to the experienced one, "Bravo" good thinking. I want to know the answers this:
Why these offshore upstream private firm emerging so extravagantly, even though they faces extremely high attrition rate every year Think Think.
After reading this some of the people must be thinking, then why I m not moving to the private As you all know there are very less production mid-stream companies in INDIA. My experience is in mid-stream, I am trying my best to move to other mid-stream companies or project companies where my experience will be considered.
Not want to say much as because I respect some of the peoples at my work place. I don't want to hurt anyone's emotion. I respect organization but rarely respects the HR policies.
