Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would suggest hiring people who are dedicated to the job and not hire as many associates that will just call off. Be more through in the interview process and don't just hire everyone.

Former Employee - Logistics Associate in Grand Chute, WI (US)

    Pros

-Discount was good (especially at Banana Republic)

    Cons

    -minimum wage
-forced to push their credit card (pretty typical anywhere nowadays..)
-huge amount of staff due to constant turnover
-forced us to punch out and then sit through meetings
-their remodel led to higher theft in the new fitting rooms
-all managers were condescending and treated employees like dirt
    -required off hour meetings
-some days I would come in and work a half an hour and I would get cut to go home, while I hated the job, I needed money and it was a 45 min drive there

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your commercials make this company seem like a "fun" company. Its anything but fun to work for.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO
