ProsGreat co-workers and managers
Flexible work schedule

ConsAngry Customers
Not enough hours
On feet the whole time

Advice to Senior ManagementI would suggest hiring people who are dedicated to the job and not hire as many associates that will just call off. Be more through in the interview process and don't just hire everyone.
