“A lifetime”
I have been working at Oracle full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Flexibility and diversity of job opportunities
Cons – Compensation after long term employment does not rise with the time and experience.
Advice to Senior Management – To reduce your churn, adequately pay your people. It is more costly to replace a headcount than adjust the current person in the position.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
