    I have been working at Oracle full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    an immense amount of sales resources for field sales, down to earth people and culture , great benefits and health care plan,culture and values mean something here, name recognition in the marketplace, great access to training, marketing events are top notch, company is acquiring companies and has great leadership= winning culture that delivers great value to customers.

    Cons

    will take at least 6 months to ramp up were you feel comfortable with product and process,

    I have been working at Oracle full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    No two days are same with the Sales organization at Oracle. Extremely smart people, go getters, great products to offer. The benefits are top notch.

    Cons

    Salaries are rarely ever adjusted. Only threat of leaving the company with a competing offer leads HR to make changes. No way to treat high performing employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Value your highest performers and keep up the compensation with the market place. Or you will continue to have large attrition.
