Pros

Working with internationally recognised brands, new excellently appointed offices, good employee benefits and HR policies such as flexible working and gym membership. Innovative product development and investment in R&D

Cons

Bureaucracy, management by committee, slow moving decision making, late adopters of new media, risk averse and cautious with new ways of working, lack of transparency in employee grades and salaries.

I worked at PZ Cussons full-time

    Pros

    Cons

Medium company that wanted to become big but without knowing how to implement it (in terms of production practices), a lot of silo culture, politics and sometimes the work life balance was getting out of hand. There was absolutely no training only learn as you go
