I worked at PayPal full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Very nice and forward-thinking people.

Cons – Planning process and a lack of Product Management ownership is severely crippling productivity.

Advice to Senior Management – Decisions need to be made swiftly and communication on decisions and plans should be made immediately and widely available (WIDER DISTRIBUTION).

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
