Pros

Diversity. You get to meet people from all across the united states. This makes the work place such an enjoyable place. Opportunities for international travel to field offices is also a benefit of working at Peace Corps.

Cons

Some people are lazy, especially in the field offices. They give the peace corps such a bad name. The organisation should filter out volunteers without a strong sense of purpose. This will improve the image of the organisation

Advice to ManagementAdvice

increase diversity of the recruits
