“Paper Testing is on its way out”
Current Employee – been working at Pearson
Pros – * Great CEO!
* Good pay
* Good work/life balance
Cons – Paper Testing is on its way out, so if you join to support the legacy paper testing process, you'll eventually find yourself looking again. Things were good prior to the Harcourt acquisition, but now incompetence is abound. Pearson absorbed their "talent" pool. They brought their baggage in a big way.
* The other plant in Iowa dictates everything
* Incompetence is abound as they don't fire anyone
Advice to Senior Management – Ditch the incompetent managers!
