    Pros

I have no more tress for job. I can do anything in rest of my time. My seniors give me respect, which I deserve.

    Cons

When I do log the complaint, some times, it takes to much time for solving. So, We have to listen from the school authorities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The issues must b solved in proper time period. Company should improve the method of logging the complaint. The logged complaint should b updated in less time period.
