I worked at PepsiCo full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

The-then team was great. I don't know any more if it the case still now.

Cons

The company due to several recent mergers is experiencing difficult times at the moment.

I worked at PepsiCo as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Awesome experience witnessing snack production, free/heavily discounted snacks, each intern gets a big project, interns are treated like semi-celebrities in the plant, solid connection with plant management, overall a very unique experience

    Cons

Can be isolating if you are not from the small town where the plant is located, sometimes it was hard to get information needed for projects

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It would be better if there was a solid schedule of events for summer interns

I have been working at PepsiCo full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The pay's good. If you're hourly, you'll make a killing.

    Cons

Poor management, from front-line to senior management. No willingness to improve the environment. Too many sacred cows. It's not what you know, it's how much you brown nose. If you're incompetent but suck up, you'll go far. Don't ever go to HR about manager quality, or ethics issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the failed ITIL model. The only way things get done is if the ITIL structure is circumvented. Clean house of the management layer and start over.
