Current Employee – been working at Pfizer full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – A big MNC to learn business mangement through observation of some intelligent financial decisions made across various major accounting heads
Cons – very system driven which delays decision making
Advice to Senior Management – Promotion policy should be uniform across the organisation
