I have been working at Philips Electronics as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

good environment to work in. not much work pressure. good deal of electronics work found in research department and most other departments are software.

    Cons

Very less or almost 0 chances of getting hired as an employee if an intern in the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pl do not go and hire interns in those colleges where internship is also considered as an offer and the college allows the students to take up only limited number of offers
